My old XJ saved the Day

    I was on the way to work Tue. and 10 mi away the old cage's radiator blew. Limped it back home with jugs of water. Transfered my lunch cooler to the xj with bungies and struct out on a barely tried bike. The old girl made it to work and back with no problems at all. Total of forty miles.Made me proud :lol:

    I think that they're great bikes, no messing with trying to remember where you placed the radiator cap either! Once you get them dialed in, they seem to run better and better, I can cruise at 50 with the throttle just cracked, and it shows in the mileage too, 50.4 mpg last tank on Mobil 93.
