who can identify this light bulb?

    came out of my turn signal. i can't find it anywhere.

    the numbers on it are:

    SINLETE
    H21W 12V21W E4


    it's keyed with the pegs about 110 degrees off eachother instead of 180.

    the bulb is broken i need to replace it or i'm down one blinker and cops are going nuts pulling people over around here.

    I know there 12v21w and the pin config is called a 2 an 10 set meaning one is at 2 oclock and the other at 10 oclock as if on a clock mainly a old euro design which i think a few places still carry just got to do alot of foot work and research to find them sorry thats about all i can do but ill look in the shop and see if i have a couple i dont use them

    where's that company based out of? they want $13 for shipping. those bulbs were in a $15 set of blinkers i got from cycle gear. for that price i'll just get another set of blinkers and have them today.
