    This one is a bit of a mix and match... It's not an 83.. It's actually an 891cc 85 model that's been dressed up to look like an 83.

    Soooooo this gives me all the bits to build a tidy 83 and have more spares for my 85..

    It's the same paint job as my write off so might just be able to slip that one by her... The truck turning up on the doorstep to deliver it might be a stretch though :)

    Sweet bike. I have only come across two other people in my area with xj's. Lots of older people are always asking me about it and telling me they had one or knew someone who did. Everyones retired and rides harleys or shadows

    Well it's due to turn up tomorrow and I still haven't told the mrs... I had it all sorted for her to go away for the weekend, then she tell me yesterdy that her mum is coming up for the weekend and she's postponed her weekend away until next weekend :cry:
