Did you check the float levels?

When you say it wont run are you saying it wont start at all or it starts but wont keep running? Did it run before you cleaned the carbs? Did you use a manual for reference if so which one. do you know how to check float level? What bike are you working on. Where are you located might be someone is close by and could give you a hand. This site is loaded with good people .

Ill bet you installed the floats upside down. To tell you the truth they look more right upside down than they do when installed right side up. If thats what happened you will get just a tiny amount of fuel in the bowls defiantly not enough to get her cranked off.

I'm assuming you assembled the floats correctly and have let the float bowls fill up with gas.

Hook up an auxillary tank to carbs and see if it will start. if it does its probably the petcock.
