That's a pretty nasty hit. He seems to be ok though. For sure he's feeling it.

So, Whew! As long as he can play in Saturday's game,,,all is good. Since he is "OK", we won't mention any action against the driver of the truck. If he had been killed, I guess it would have been different, right?

Sorry for being a downer,,, Good friend of my wife's husband, killed by 16 year old in July, suspected of guess what? Pushing through a red light.

Oh that driver should be drug out and have his ass whipped no question.

Just today on my way to pick up my new truck there's a car off in the grass. It apparently went over the curb, clipped a power pole and came to a stop in the grass 15 feet to the right of the road and probably 300 feet or so past where it jumped the curb. All this on a clear day, dry straight road.

With no mitigating factors that driver and this one should lose their license for a long time, a ticket just doesn't work.

Being in Maryland I've got more stories like the one above than we've got space on this site! Maryland drivers are by far the worst I've seen. New jersey is a close second.

Don't let that guy getting-up and walking-around in a daze fool you.

He's going to start feeling it in no time.
    The guy was real lucky.
It wasn't a perfectly "Inelastic" collision.

Just enough energy moved on a tangent vector to save that guy and the bike from becoming part of the front of that truck.
But, he bounced like a crash dummy. He's hurting.

He ain't going to be in no mood to go dancing anytime soon..

Too bad they didn't show the part where the rider pulls out the officers gun and unloads the clip into the pick up trucks cab.
The riders defence would be that he was assulted with a deadly weapon. A 4000 pound pick up truck
