    Just thought I'd make some people jealous and announce that I just got a backrest for my XJ700 for $60 on ebay!!! I just saw one in worse shape sell on there a couple weeks ago for $190! I've been looking for ages and just happened to check at the right time (it was posted 10 minutes before I happened to look).

    Then I won't kill your buzz by telling you about the backrest and sportrack I got last year for $50... 8)

    $60 for a backrest is still a nice score though. :wink:

    Looks like this is turning into a rack-measuring contest... So if you must know, I have three backrests and two sportracks, one of which is NOS! That's "new old stock", not nitrous. :wink:

    o ok, I've had 7 back rests and one sport rack, and it's oem, nos whatever flavor you prefer...and a 2500 mile x....trump it, I dare ya, I've got more! LOL

    Ok, I've got 10 snowmobiles, two of which are Raiders; 12 motorcycles, 4 of which are on the road (5th one just went to a new home in exchange for a xj900rk; an Allis Chalmers WC, two 1984 300zx turbos, a 1969 torino GT fastback 351w-4v, and a 1973 Gran Torino Sport - Q code; two xj700 tall backrests, two pairs of engine guards w/ stickers, 21 banjos, three sousaphones, two tubas, a baby sousaphone, one trombone, and a partridge in a pear tree.

    I didn't see no partidge in that pear tree Dave.
    But of course it was raining (again) so it might have been in the bird house I guess.
