Hi I'm new here. Huge fan of these bikes, since the wife got one and I found this website. Anyways, her bike wont start.

At first it would turn over but not start... so I cleaned the spark plugs up and got them shining... then it blew a fuse... so we got a new fuse, and now it just clicks at me whenever I push the start button in. Charged the battery up, still clicks at me. The second time I tried to start it without the charger connected to it... it clicked at me, so I hooked the charger up to try again and it wouldn't even click and the neutral light was way dimmer.

    In addition:
    Headlight never comes on
Blinkers go on but don't blink... they just stay on

    Serious business wiring problem?

    Tried searching.... couldn't find anything.

Try crossing the terminals on the starter relay, see if she cranks.

    Welcome Mr. Biscuits!
The blinkers not flashing is common with these bikes, the electrical system lacks the "humpf" to run the flashers unless the voltage regulator is adding to the party (above 2k rpm).
The fuse box is a known weak link in the electrical system. It is highly recommended you replace it straight away.
The headlight should not be on until the bike is started on some models but I am not familiar with which they are. I know on my 81 650 Max, the headlight would come on and switch off when I pushed the starter button. You don't mention the year you have.

the sound you hear may be the solenoid mine use to do that their pretty universal and not costly try crossing the two contacts on it and see if the bike starts when crossing just use short bumps with a screw driver or check and see if the battery is good might want to replace that too
