I thought I'd post it here first to see if there are any riders intersted, before posting it locally.
I started with an '82 Seca, rode it for a year or so, but never really liked the seating position (or the looks either) so I decided to bob it.
Replaced the stock speedo/tach unit with one from a CB350 Honda speedometer (no tach - don't need one)
Handlebars are from a Goldwing on 4" risers.
Rear fender is from a Harley (Bobbed fender) which I like wth LED tailight.
Harley rear signals and after market bullet front signals.
    Custom side covers.
    Maxim gas tank.
Suzuki headlight on Kawasaki fork mounts.
Dirt bike fork boots (just because)
Have both rear wheels to swap when ever needed. 16" Maxim rear wheel with wider tire on it or stock 18" wheel with narrow tire (taller + better MPG but Maxim wheel looks better.
    Lowered 1" shocks in rear.
    Memphis Shades chopped windshield (removable)
    Harley Sportster solo seat.
    Harley bobtail fender rack.
    Forward controls with mini floorboards.
Maxim 4-into-2 headers with Harley sportster mufflers (sound nice - nice growl but not loud at all)
    Gel battery.
    Custom paint and pinstiping.
Other bits and pieces to numerous to mention.
Bike has been serviced regularly and running with Royal Purple Synthetic oil.

It's a blast to drive and has alot of long miles left (only has 25,000~ on it!)

I am planning another project and don't have room for three bikes in my corral. I don't really want to sell it, but I don't have the room for three bikes (and can't justify have three bikes to ride nor the time to ride them)
I took three years to swap, customize, fabricate, and transform it to what it is now from stock.

Bike is worth more (alot more) than I'm asking for it and I just figure I'd give someone their moneys worth and then some. I'd like $1200 for it. You will be happy with it, no doubt.
I live in Central Minnesota, so that's where you have to come and get it from. PD

Too bad to see your sellin your bobber Painter. I know the feeling about having too many bikes. I need to sell off a few myself. Well anyway I want to let everyone know that your bike is a nice custom and it runs very well from when we went on our rides. Hope you sell it local so we can have that bike go on some rides in the spring.

    Good Luck

& hope to hear from you soon

Hold it until spring and you'll get more for it.
