looking for an XJ550 Maxim tank

    Looking for a tank that will fit on my 81 seca 550. I've bobbed it and don't really like the look of the seca tank and am looking for a maxim style tank that will fit. Ebay and the local bone yards have been a bust so far. Is there any other tank that will fit this bike?
    I'm in North Idaho, if that helps any.

    Not sure if you're still looking, but just in case...

    I'm pretty sure that the 550 tanks were interchangeable between the seca and the maxim. If that's true I have a tank from an '81 Maxim 550 I'd love to trade. It's got a dent in the left side and the logos are falling apart but since you're probably painting it anyways it shouldn't matter to much to fix them smooth. If you're interested, let me know.
