Im trying to get my bike to look a bit more modern.

I am trying my hand at a 3D carbon fiber wrap on my front fender.
I am betting this will be easier and look better than a rattle can job AND if I dont like it, I'll just peel it off.

I will be reposting on this thread the project and future wrap projects (maybe rear fender and the air box covers).

Yeah im not much into carbon fiber, but i myself am attempting to shed off some of that 80's funk, from my 1980 XJ650. So far i plan to chuck to very large double bucket seat for a solo, along with a sportbob fender, sporster mufflers, sporster foward controls, 10.5 shocks, and dragbars with a riser from powermadd. Should do the trick for me, good luck with yours

Yeah man, i havent been able to get to mine as of late, because of a motor rebuild that my 20yr old laid in my lap earlier this year. But planning on hitt'in the bricks real soon with my bike, around the first of next year. But in any event, keep the pics a come'in on your project, because you might just turn me on to carbon fiber. Yeah i could probly see me runn'in around with a carbon fiber tank, side covers, and front and back fender.
