    It's coming along pretty good. I only have a limited ability to work on it due to time and back pain. I'm able to get it to fire but not run. I think the starter clutch is stuck dragging the motor down from actually running

    starter clutch wont drag the motor and keep it from running unfortunately sounds like has some carb problems
