Does anyone know if a 750 cylinder head will fit on a 700?

I would have to say no. You should try to stick with the same year head and bike to swap parts on that one.

Thanks. The gasket is the same so I was hoping the head was the same. It's likely that the valves or timing are different.

You would need to have both heads sitting side by side and really look every little aspect of the castings. If there is one slight change the head could leak or valves may not have the right clearance or who knows. If you want to be the first to try I say good luck and let us know if it works.
