Just wanted to let people know...
I found a guy who builds fork tube extensions to your desired length...
    his website is:

    http://www.frankmain.qpg.com/

They run about 215.00 a set for 6" over stock and then about 5 to 10.00 more for every two inches longer... 2 to 5 day turnaround....

Is there a source for offset triple trees to increase the rake angle that you know of?

    Your local machine shop.

Also, low count posters from nearly a decade ago aren't likely to respond.
