Just a frame and title... The A-Hole i bought my bike off of won't return my calls, so i'm stuck with a good running "Everything-but-the-frame" bike...
Any other year SECA's would do as well...

    Im located in chicago.
I bought the bike for 200 off a guy that had it lying under a pile of crap in his garage. He obviously doesn't care about the bike anymore. He even showed me pictures of the bike when he used to ride it, so i know it wasn't stolen. The guy lost the title, and hasn't registered it since sometime around 1987. So they don't have records anymore of the bike in the DMV system, which is making it harder for me to get a new title difficult.

Pretty sure all you have to do is post up bond for it for two years to get title. Thought you could plate and use it in the meantime.

It wasn't the white one off of CL a month or two ago just listed as a Seca, was it?

Just curious. I had to do a little investigation to even realize what it was. I was interested in buying it for the engine to do a swap.
