Tcbros forward controls

    Just a quick question. I know tcbros has the universal forward controls but does anybody know if the mounts for the xj650 will also work on the xj550?

    I was wondering the same thing. It would be a lot easier than using the universal kit.

    I've been wondering if the sets for the 650 or 750 will fit my '85 700. I've emailed TC Bros, but haven't gotten a response.

    Has anyone out there successfully used a set for one model, on a different model?

    The mounts for the 650 foward controls look like they would fit right over the engine mounts of the xj550... Might have to get a longer bolt. I just don't want to buy it and it not work on me. Tcbros usually responds it just takes a bit.
