Maybe we can get together for a ride on the Skyline, come warm weather. I'm just about 60 miles north of you.
Good luck, Keep the shiny side up!

I'm old enough not to have to ride the MC everyday. Been retired several years now and I ride in the sun for fun. As for having a carb clinic, I leave the mechanicals to the experts. Culpeper Yamaha put my bike back on the road after it sat for 13 years. They are a small shop, but they did a good job.

Hey CowboyBob>I was looking at your gallery at the seat you have there. Does that fit your XJ? If so where did you get it if you don't mind me asking. I would like to find one like that if it fits. The better half told me she would ride if the seat was cumfortable.
I'm a Virginian myself by the way born in Danville living in Ga now.

That photo was in response to someone asking about King/Queen seats. I bought that from JCWhitney, it is a cover & padding that you staple on to your seat pan. I put it on my Maxim when I got it, and the comfort of the seat is fine; BUT if you are tall (I'm 6 Foot) you will feel like youre on the gas tank. I took it back off and put the original back on. If you want it, I'll give it to you for the cost of the shipping.
