There were a few posts earlier about winter,to be honest I dont know how I would cope with what you call cold but just to cheer you up a little here's some pics from downunder. It was 38 Celsius here yesterday so unless I was moving I was literally sweating like a pig,it was stinking hot.
    Do pigs actually sweat?
The whole day started badly got the wife off to work, kids off to school no drama's BUT start the bike and she starts missing about 100mtrs from home, chuck a uey check all plug connections all good, damn! lift off the tank to take a better look fuel everywhere hot engine spraying fuel not good 'note to self petcock rebuild kit' ok put the tank aside still leaking fuel and figure out got a dead plug ok got spare swap em over put tank back on get all buttoned up and stand there debating whether to go riding or not dripping sweat stinking of petrol started badly might only get worse but damn it ,always whinging not enough time now I've got some and I'm gonna use it.
Started off with a nice run through the country, dirt road, cows, green hills

I've been trying to get in the habit of taking photos as I have a tendency to just keep going pushing on till I reach whatever my destination may be so I hope you like this little preview of spring.
I always enjoy seeing other peoples locations so thought I would share a bit of mine.
Wont often see it this green unfortunately.

It's an absolutely dismal 70 degrees here in North Georgia. How ever am I to survive this miserable weather?

Ohhh, maybe a lunch break ride...

Hey Fitz, now that I'm done drooling over the pics, from one Michigan boy to another, where did you find the rear rack? and will it fit the '82 650R? Thanks

Not got any recent pictures, but I do have this short clip of me riding a YZF-R6 when I went to the Isle of Man in 2007. The sound is kind of crap and I couldn't hang off as much as I would have liked to, but it sure was fun, and I crossed it off my list of things to do before I die!
Hope you like it, I sure did!

I just nticed when I previewed the post that it takes you to the page with all my vids, including the ones from my Vintage racing, I thought it would just be the one from the Isle of Man.
Check out the others if you want to see how I thrashed a 350 Honda twin around on the track.

That rock outcropping got DOUSED about 2 minutes after I moved the bike. It got splashed a bit; but then I got caught in the rain anyway about an hour further on. Which I gotta say was a GAS with my new Avons and then the sun came out while I was splashing through puddles. It don't get much better than that. (That's Ontario, BTW, Max.)

These Yamahas were made to RIDE.
