Seat and year compatibility

    My seat is long due for replacement, I just have the tattered remains of the original cover and some scattered pieces of an old computer chair seat for foam. I wanted to get a whole new one, so I checked Ebay and the only seats they have for XJ 650's are the wrong year. One is a 1982 and the other is a 1980. I own a 1981. Will either of them work?
