Hey Guys, I'm looking at putting a set of ape hangers on my Maxim.I know I have to get longer cables - anybody tried?? are they hard to find??/ More importantly is it possible to get a longer brake hose or possibly adapt one to fit? Basically is it worth the effort or even possible??

Well the brake hose would be the easy part. That can be had from many sources like dennis kirk. The cables I am not sure about. I do know of one guy who found shorter cables for a Seca with a straight drag bar by going to a local shop and comparing the ends of several cables until he found one the right length. Not a user friendly way but feasible.
