    Looks very nice.

Who made them - and how? - do you by any chance have some drawings? (i.e. of how the internal is made)?
How ´bout the collector-box - is it also replaced?

A danish guy made a complete 3-2 stainless stell exhaustsystem for an XS 850: http://www.rider.dk/xs750/xsmufler.pdf

Made by a local guy setting up a new business called Virgin. He welded them up out of stainless and they're pretty much just a straight perforated 75mm pipe... Oh and he fitted them to the original collector.

His catch phrase is "You can always hear a virgin coming"

Um... I don't care what kind of work he does... I would do business with him for that reason alone. Nice slogan.

Sounds awesome... Unfortunately I can't take it on the road with no tank fitted but just had it running in my garage and it's loud and deep but not that loud that it hurts your ears

Stuck the seat on, hooked up a small plastic bottle to the fuel line and off down the road I went today...

Awesome sound and goes like hell... I love it 8)

That's a good looking muffler and it sounds nice. How much did they cost?

They were a bargin at $500 NZD fitted ($345 USD)

And they sound better in real life than in the short movie

That is a good deal for custom welded stainless exhaust. Are you sure you did not have to sign up to be in a reality TV show? :)

When the exhaust gaskets on my 900's silencers were needing to be replaced; I remember that exhaust note and how sweet it sounds in the higher elevations on the tach.

Replacing those gaskets was something I put-off for weeks; just to sound like a Formula Race Car for a little while.

Those pipes look and sound great. Nice work; indeed.

Hahahah Where did you hear about "These are your mufflers"?

    I can understand that ;)

Just wish the guy painting my tank hadn't been arrested and locked up for a couple of weeks... It's been a month and still no tank
