    I have a 1982 XJ650J -Yamaha Maxim - and can't seem to find an Owners Manual

    Any idea where I might find one in pdf online?

    try repairmanualclub.com it has tons or manuals for free down load. But you could spend the money on the xj cd it worth it, better than the manual.
