Mikesxs speedo-speedo cable-headlight bucket issues

    I'm currently upgrading to the speedo and tach from Mikesxs, but I'm having an issue with the speedo cable and the stock rectangle headlight. It will all fit if I mount the speedo itself at an angle, but it doesn't look too good. Any suggestions (cheap/easy) to fix this? I've thought about going with a round headlight, would this help? Can I just start cutting plastic from the back of the headlight bucket?

    Personally I would advise you to find someone who is parting out a bike with a 7 in round headlamp and see about buying the whole assembly, or buy a new assembly from mikes.
