    I've nearly completed selling off a parted out 82 XJ 750 Seca. I'm down to the engine. Before I start the tear down, just wondering if there is anyone near Ohio that needs a good used engine.

    17K miles, good compression, tranny good, clutch good, all good! No carbs, no starter and no generator. $100.00

    I did have it running and just ran out of time & money to restore it. It would cost a fortune to ship it, so I'm not sure it would be worth it to ship out of state. I would be willing to haul it to the Ohio state line and arrange a meet.

    If no takers, I'm going to dis-assemble and put the parts on eBay. Its a lot more work to sell parts than I thought it would be....

    Any broken/stripped bolts/holes. damaged fins ? I'm interested. just not sure when i'll be through the area again. I need jugs and head.

    No, all the exhaust studs are in place. No broken fins. I left the intake manifolds on. I know those bolts snap easy, so I didn't even try. The boots are in decent shape. There are some cracks in them, but nothing that is all the way thru.
