What gas tanks fit an '82 XJ550 Maxim?

    I'm in the market for a new gas tank for my XJ550 and I was wondering if there are tanks from other models that will fit it as well as the 81-83 XJ550 Maxim?

    I'm pretty sure the 550 and 650 Maxims use the same tank. >PD<

    If they use the same tank, then a 750 tank will fit; I put one on my 83 650 and it bolted right up. Looks different, and I like it.
    50% bigger capacity!
