Are you talking about from under the carbs themselves, or from the crankcase?

On the left rear top corner of the crankcase is a breather port that's supposed to have a hose connecting to the air box.

If there is leaking from the carbs themselves, that's probably an indication of a stuck or maladjusted float, or a bad float needle / seat.

Immediately check your oil level and smell the oil for a strong odor of gas. If the oil level has suddenly risen, you're getting gas in the oil, which has raised the oil level to the point where it is pushing it up the breather into the airbox.

STOP RIDING the bike. Gas in the oil can ruin your motor.

If this is what's happening, it's an indication of a stuck or maladjusted float and probably a petcock issue as well. You need to fix it.

Has the bike been sitting for long period of time?

The color reminds me of "varnished" fuel.

Also rust in the tank will discolor the gas.

That looks more like concentrated (old) gas than oil.

You may have a stuck float and a carb overflowing and don't know it.

Did you check your oil level and check the oil for a strong gasoline smell as I suggested?

i always ride when warm , used stabil last winter and ran it through , recent oil change fitz and also checked lvl and smell a few min ago , still looks like new oil and lvl is perfect to the top of the window. tell ya guys when i notice it the most , after say a 20-30 min ride , ill put it on the side stand and thats when it happens 99.9% of the time , its not pouring just a few drips off the rack. smeared some on some wood and it wouldnt ignite , im confused lol

I think you have a float hanging up when the bike's on the sidestand.
