81 xj650 looking to part or sale whole

Ok I need money quickly and I am willing to sell or part out the 81 xj650 I bought as a project. Everything will be best offer + shipping. my zip 74048.
You can give offer on whole bike or on whatever part you need. I don't have a title for it but willing to write bill of sale guy i got from didn't have title either. All parts look to be in excellent condition. Tank does have dents so probably useless unless want to repair. I am attaching link to pics of the bike, remember this is a project it has been torn completly down for a build which I am nolonger able to do.

looking for right foot peg, or just the rubber for it, a tachometer, and right side hand control with the starter button inside. shipping is to NY 10309, thanks

 

The rubber is cracked on the bottom of the peg and the and if needed the mopunt it is brocken in half. I do also have the tachometer and will you need the cable for it? I also have the right hand controls but need to know if you want the whole assembly including grip or what exact parts you are needing from it.

 

ok cracked rubber is better than no rubber. yes to the tach cable. the right control issue, I Really Only need the starter button and anything associated with the starter button, so I'll take the most amount of stuff associated with the starter button including the holding screw of the guts, make sense? My right control housing is fine but I understand if you won't 'gut' it

 

I was going to take the airbox from member 'moellear' but if yours is good i'd rather combine shipping.

 

For the right price I might but let me know what willing to pay for all parts and we can go from there

 

has a crack in it but could probably be repaired and it might not affect anything either but don't know.

well, not much considering the resale value of these bikes and the fact that none are actually needed (by me), just odds and ends. I'm not going to battle another member if they will pay more. I'm going to pass on the airbox since mine has a smaller crack. can you post a pic of the tach or describe any problems and/or scratches? I'll make an offer with your reply

 

How about the ignition coils?

 

The tach is attached to the speedo it's not a piece by it's self. If want just inside portion of tach with out center lights or speedo then go here and there are pics of it by it's self and with speedo also.

Will have to find coils, pm me with price please.

I can get them from eBay - with the plug boots - @$15 + $12 shipping. Can you work with that? If not, it's okay.

 

How about $32.00 Shipped since the ones I see on ebay are $14.99+12 shipping but are still being bid on and I'm sure since there is still 1 day left they will go up to atleast what I am offering.
You can try to get the ones on ebay and if not able to let me know and they will still be available at this price if your not able to get them for the price your wanting. I'll be waiting to hear from you on wether you won them or not so I don't hold on to them.

i just need the hose's i believe one of mine is bad like clogged up im an auto mechanic by trade working on bikes is a new hobby of mine my caliper seems good but the brake is sticking i believe is a bad hose.

Im sorry typed in wrong I sold the intake boots from carb to the head I do still have the carb to air box boots if you need them
