    I haven't even started my "rebuild" yet and i'm thinking about giving up. Not really, but man. The the guy I bought my '82 Maxim750 from made a pretty good mess of my wiring harness. Does anyone here have a any repair manuals online or could anyone direct me to a site where I could buy one that's not going to cost me a million bucks on E bay. I'm pretty sure I could figure out the electrical with a lil help from some Pictures...lol

    Order a book from Haynes. Cost me about $20-$30 brand new from them, has complete wiring diagrams in the back. Plus, a lot of other good info.

    Thanks. I went to a bunch of places yesterday, to try and find a manual and my search was fruitless. I found one manual on ebay for 20 bucks but the shipping was more than the book. Stupid Ebay.

    Thanks guys. I ordered the book 2 days ago. Its hard to wait the 2 weeks but if I must, I must. I got the cdi box in a couple days ago too, but i cant quite figure out where it plugs into. Its weird that the one side is shaped like a 6 prong plug but only has 4 prongs. Is that common?
