Likely been done before, didn't have a vacuum bleeder to draw the air out so made up this to force it out, brakes bled from dry in minutes

Worked very well, zero air in lines, only had to pump it a couple times while still hooked up and let either bleed valve off while holding the lever in

Well advised if you have a spare cap and diaphragm as obviously you must put holes in both,

Tapping out the hole in the cap makes sure its airtight

Now that's just plain cheating !!

But don't these rubber cap diaphragms have a tiny little "slit" air passage ?? A vent to atmosphere on the top-side.

how you suck the air out of the system itself? kinda like this idea, be great to get a step to step tutorial of the concept and how it works..

You don't suck air out, it's a one man bleeder for a car, works off tyre pressure, usually comes with a screw on cap for the brake reservoir,

So i've removed cap and kept threaded bolt, drilled hole through a spare cap that i had, threaded the hole with a tap screwed it in as tight as refitted cap and diaphragm with pipe in, master cylinder and bottle full of fluid, opened both bleed valves on calipers and attached fitting to spare tire, with both valves open it forces out all old fluid

Once this is done lock back down valves and hold lever in, then detach hose from tire or air outlet, then pump the lever slowly, hold it in and let off one valve at a time

Repeat til lever has no slack in it
Hold lever in and remove modified cap top up if necessary which you shouldn't have to if there was plenty in the bottle

Overall time ten minutes, no slack in lever

Warning your pressurising the sysytem so i don't advise doing this with older rubber hoses, i had new braided ones
