Here are 2 pics of the same plug, different light.
All 4 plugs looks exactly the same.
    Bike running great but:
I'm a bit worried - is it too lean?

Looks fine. Maybe even a slight bit rich.

I would say the same (you also want to look at the "flame ring" --the part of the plug "above" the threads, and the electrode below the bend.) Just a tad rich.

Except you're talking about a Turbo, are you not? In which case, if it were mine, I'd say it was FINE.

The photos of the "Cleaner" Plugs indicate you are right on the edge of being Critically Lean.

You want to see a little bit of color on the Center Post Ceramic.

    Brown Paper Bag is Ideal.

The Bike LOVES to be too Lean.
    The acceleration is tremendous.
But, each ignition is an overly-hot, flash explosion, that AIR COOLING and ALUMINUM cannot be exposed too for very long.

    Yes it's a turbo.
What you can't see on the pics is that the colors are more reddish than brown. Is that OK?

Are you using an fuel additives? Do you use a torque wrench when you install your plugs? The reason I ask is it looks like your leaking out of the cylinders on the plug threads.
