Have been finishing up on some of the final items on the re-build. Still have the coils to install, the front fork brace and shorten and tidy up the fuel lines and plug wires. The Wiseco 1196 and Dyno Jet kit really made this puppy come to life, much more fire in it's belly. LOL Anyway, tell me what you think.
    Thanks
    Jamie

Hey Fitz, those petcocks are just like new! Thanks again.

that is beautiful. when i first saw your gas tank paint job and lettering, i wasn't digging it but now seeing it all together it looks fantastic.
from someone who's building a great running, piece of crap looking bike, i can almost appreciate how much work has gone into this bike.
    nicely done!

You're more than welcome; I still can't get over the fact that the XJ1100's petcocks have an "OFF" position.

Bike looks GREAT! Glad I could contribute.

I'd be very interested to know how you went with tuning for the pods. Great job, it looks magnificent !!

Thanks for the nice compliments. A couple of things, I know, trim up the ugly fuel lines and clean up the rims, still not finished but getting there. The color scheme is starting to grow on me, I am a fan of original, but just got tired of the same old black and maroon XJ's. Anyhow, our own BigFitz did the petcocks and they are a thing of beauty.

As far as the pods and tuning (I'm not going to turn this into a pods thread), everything stock except the Dyno Jet kit and 120 mains, stock, 4-2 exhaust and runs like a champ (remember, I have 1196 Wiseco piston kit) and probably has a lot to do with it.

Chacal supplied a large portion of the parts, Fitz did the petcocks and a buddy of mine and myself did the rest. Side covers were stripped and polished. Thanks to everyone!
