Help with a picture?

    I have an 82 Maxim 650. There wasn't a speedometer cable when I bought the bike. I bought one from Chacal but not sure how it attaches.

    Is there anyone who could post a close-up picture of where the speedo cable connects to the front fork? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

    The above question and fast response is one of the reasons that make this THE top forum for anything XJ. Excellent quality photos make a lot of difference when describing how things are supposed to work.
