    You are helping me prove my local yamaha dealer is an idiot.. lol.. "We cant order those parts... I have looked every where and I cant find any..." My response is "Dont worry.. I got my connections..."

    Will be doing more ordering soon...

    Excellent service from Len. Emailed question, nearly immediate response, PayPal'd the funds, shipped the next day, had the parts 3 days after that. Nice to have competent parts support for this funny old bike.

    Oh, and a second to the post above about dealers being clueless about parts for these bikes. "Parts for a headset replacement? Oh, it'll be $175. Yeah, the ball bearings alone are $1.99 each." Um, I think I'll do some research and get back to you.

    I just wanted to say that I ordered a master cylinder rebuild kit for my 82 Maxim xj650. It arrived very quickly, was exactly what was described and fixed my problem! Very happy and would recommend Len to anyone. :)

    Hey chacal, i have 1983 750 maxim i am looking for a rubber mount for the exhuast pipe, there is one on both side of bike there is a large 22mm head
    bolt that goes thru it and the pipe with a nut on the other side of the pipe, this mount is held to the same piece that the rear pegs are bolted to, with 2 allen head bolts, i am told by yamaha dealers it is N.L.A pn is DAMPER,FOOTREST
    22R-27414-00-00
    can you help??

    Anyone who is checking on this forum for parts for their xj bike do yourself a favor and check with chacal. He has a lot of parts for these bikes oem and aftermarket and they are the right parts that fit the way they should. He has great communication and gets the parts out the door quickly. I plan to get all my parts from him.
