hey everyone, my names mike and this is the first bike that i've owned. currently i just bought a bike and a bunch of parts for $300 bucks, was told it does run but needs carbs.

after tinkering with it i can tell somethings up with the front brakes cause it doesnt grab.

I hope i can put it all together and have it running by the end of the year. here's some pictures of it.
Its an Xj750 Maxim im not sure of the year though

yeah i'm finding its impossible to find cheap carbs. i'm going to sell that 650 frame, and just try and get the bike running and functional then i'll clean it up and stuff

Carbs should only run $75-$150 depending on condition.
