    Hey folks. I joined this forum when I thought I was going to make an attempt to restore a 1981 XJ550 Seca. With the help of a few members (thanks Fitz!) I realized it was too far gone.

    But that doesn't mean there aren't some parts worth using...

    These are the first pics I have, but I will be posting some more soon. Please feel free to ask any questions you have - I'm here to help.

    Chrome Headlight: Good condition. Soda blasted to remove muck. Has some slight pitting. this is a "2 feet away it looks great" piece. Comes with light and assembly.

    1981 XJ550 Seca Gauges. Good condition. They were working - since I was able to get the power up on the bike (but little else!). Small crack in the glass of the volt meter (shown in pic):

    1981 XJ550 Seca headlight mounting Ears. Chrome looks good. Very slight pitting (don't know if I'd even call it that - patina really), but barely noticeable. Slight rust on back side. These look great!
