I bought this BlackHawk 1/4 ratchet a few months ago and finally had a chance to use it durring a valve cover gasket job. It made the job of removing the bolts in the tight space very easy. It works just like a standard ratchet but when you twist the handle it will rotate the socket just like regular. It easliy saved me time and a few choice words. I would recommend one in everybodys tool box.
    BlackHawk GW-9946R twist ratchet.

I love gadget tools, well good ones anyway....I'm not sure looking at the link...does the grip rotate like a screwdriver causing the ratchet to...well...ratchet?

I've had one of those for awhile. But it has a T at the end of handle. Spin it and the socket turns. Great for where you can't get far enough to rachet.

Yes JeffK, when you turn the handle (clockwise) it turns the socket. Flip the lever and it goes the other way. It will work as a standard ratchet or twist the handle to turn the socket(or whatever attachment is on it).
Long ago I had one with the "T" handle, it works the same way just a little more compact.

Mac Tools ET120A test light. 6-12-24 volt. Won't hurt computer circuits. Has red led to indicate positive and green to indicate ground. Easy to test both sides of a circuit without disconnecting light. It is a bit pricey but all the guys in my shop got one when I used mine to trouble shoot a truck and they saw how useful it is.

    Perfect for those bolts that:
loosen up, take the ratchet off, turn with your fingers
tighten up again, put the ratchet back on, loosen up again,
turn with your fingers, tighten up again, ratchet back on....

Fyi; Stanley 3/8 drive version at Walmart $22. Twist handle EITHER direction and it ratchets to the current setting. Gonna get one soon.
