You spend all night polishing your chrome with a little semi-chrome, get the wax out and give every painted surface a good coat, clean the mirrors, etc...all fresh and clean only to get caught in heavy mist on the way to work...GRRRRR LOL

    Ain't it a bi......er bummer?

Every time I put a rag and some soap on the Seca the sky turns dark and I see Noah on his ark off in the distance.

It's been dirty for a while, lol.

I've been having a bigger problem this season with BUG SPLAT; seems like I no sooner get the front of the bike cleaned up then it gets plastered again.

There are some whopper bugs down here that will have you swearing it was a bird, and if you don't clean it off right away you'll be out there next morning with a hammer and chisel. What do these things eat?

epoxy and aircraft paint remover, from what I can tell.

In Michigan, we have "June" bugs (that don't pay attention to the calendar) that will leave a bruise at 60mph.

This is a fact!..........Road strafing suicide birds to ruin a new helmet and a healthy deer population that love motorcycles add to the experience.................

A little flat black bar-b-q paint works as an excellent cleaner on this bike.

I'll raise you with Pennsylvania roads, accompanied by PennDOT's notorious way of (not) doing construction in any sort of timely fashion.
Stupid question, though- are bobbers always hardtail?

    Off topic...

Theotherone - just a question (no offense intended):

Why the lack of rear suspension, almost no seat and ape hangers? Please help me understand why those are desirable things. Is it style at the expense of your back?

Ohio has four seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and construction. I don't think I have ever seen a clean, freshly paved, non-pothole-covered road in my life.
