Pictures

Anyone having problems uploading pictures ?

 

I am I have been wanting to upload some pictures into my gallery but
have not been able to. I have written to the webmaster twice now but
no answers from them.

Worked for me. That was a click, click from "photobucket"

 

What did you click on the bucket, max, I'll try it.

 

Open photobucket in another tab beside your XJBikes forum tab, go to any picture you have, then move your cursor so that it's over any part of the picture. A drop down list appears right under the picture, now just move the little hand to the box that says IMG code, left click the code in the box just to the right, it will disappear and the word copied will flash briefly.
Now click on the tab that has XJBikes open, click reply to this post and then right click. Another box will open, click on paste and then hit the preview button, should be your picture there.

I don't get the drop down, have you got to link xj bikes to photobucket ? I had to do that on another forum.

This is what you should see when you put the cursor over any picture in photobucket. Does yours do this when you put the cursor on a picture?

 

No, it has 2 boxes, HTML code & HTML thumb & nothing changes when you roll the mouse over the pic.

I can upload pics to the forum using photobucket but I cant use photo
bucket to upload pics to my picture gallery. It does not seem to work
the same

 

Hey Bobe, I tried to load a picture last night and got an error code. It says when uploading that the pictures can only be a certain size, so I think mine were too big. I guess I'll try again later, but for now I'm not too bothered as I can upload directly into the forum.

Hi Maxim-X

Tried loading a smaller picture 150KB into my picture gallery but
still did not work. Perhaps the system has a virus that stops people
loading pictures into there galleries.

I know that the Admin has just changed thie forum over to a new server, so maybe there are a few bugs to iron out yet. It seems like there is no issues with posting pictures in replies as seen in the above posts.
Or the one below.

No problems with posting pictures into the forum. Just have to wait for
the gallery pic post to come good.
