I've been trying to reach him as I've sent him money for the exhaust pipes on the bike he was parting out. Haven't heard a word from him since July 4th as he stated they were ready to be shipped out. So right now he has my money and I have no product.

Please contact me Mackenzie you have my email and my phone number!

I second this same posting as he also has my money for a set of intakes. His whereabouts would be wonderful. I went thru pay pal and I do not know if the money will be able to be recouped.

I've seen this a couple times on the car forum I'm on. One time the scammer went as far as to convince everyone that there was a family emergency to buy him some time.
Don't wait regardless of what the seller says, and don't give him time to make things right, that buys him time. Go through the appropriate channels, paypal, contact the police in their area etc. The longer you wait the less chance you have to get your money back.

yes, if you paid with paypal, (as long as you didnt gift it) file a dispute for the money and they will freeze his account instently and they will ask for a reply and PROOF its been shipped, if not they will refund your money back .

I have already posted a dispute - however I have to wait till Aug before they move further... *Sigh* all i wanted was a set of used pipes for my XJ - sometimes you learn from your mistakes.

He was on today because my last PM just left my outbox meaning he just read it....

Mods need to eventually ban his IP so he can't create another account and rip people off again. If you guys want to turn up the heat contact the police in his area and get them to pay him a visit. It also wouldn't hurt to have a police report on file.

yep have to start at your local pd and tell them you want to file a repot and get it on record, that what happened.

I am active on a LARGE paintball forum and its common there, peopel scam others out of guns all the time and this is what they do.

Go to your local PD and file the report and tell them you want it on records, because they usualy just blow it off because its online forums.
they can contact a MOD here for more contact info if needed, like address and ip address and such. and they go from there, and yes, then you call there PD and give them the file # and they will invistigate it, just gotta start local first.

Since he's ripped off multiple people and the dollar amount he stole keeps increasing the more reports that get to his PD the more serious the situation will get. When this happened on my car forum it was so serious (guy ripped many people off for $300 gauges) a detective eventually got involved and they were tracking him all over the country.
Also if you know that he is on any other forums you'd get your good samaritan award to go on and warn them.
