OE seat covers???

    My '81 Seca seat cover has developed a few small tears in the middle...I don't want to put on a non OE type cover...the bike is so clean I don't want to ruin the look..

    Anyone know if these are available? Anywhere??

    I've been looking for one, too. The only place I've seen them is ebay, but no new ones, or NOS that I've seen. The best you can do is start watching for a used one in good shape...they pop up from time to time. Maybe once a month or once every other month for a good one.

    I've been thinking about taking mine to a local upholstery shop. I'm sure they could get it to look pretty close to original if I show them a picture.

    Are all of the 81-83 550 Seca (or Maxim) seat covers the same in appearance/design? Or do they have different patterns?

    hey, thanks! I emailed them asking if they could send me a pic of their seca seat cover....I wanna see just how close it is to the original...
