After driving around with a cracked front wheel and way less track depth than the minimal 1,6mm here in Norway, I decided to change both tires.
I opted for Bridgestone BT45f front and rear, and got both plus tire change for around 500 bucks, though I had to dismount and mount the wheels myself.
The BT45s are tubeless, but due to valve issues, the technician decided to keep the old tubes in... yeah...
The rear tire went in smoothly, though the bolts are starting to get OOOOOLD-AH...
    Anyway, here is the problem:

The front wheel came off only after unbolting the brake calipers. The spacers etc. that came off were all put back in correct order, but I noticed that the right caliper sticks to the brake disc from the outside. You have the brake pads, and then the caliper body, and the caliper body itself does the sticking.
I thought about pulling the right fork out a bit to ease this, but this can't be a permanent solution..

    Any ideas?

If you have 1 large nut on the axle and a pinch bolt on the other fork make sure the large nut was tightened to factory spec BEFORE the pinch bolt was tightened. If not that would shift the wheel over and cause binding.
Look at an exploded view of the front axle assembly ( a good source is www.bikebandit.com ) to make sure it was assembled correctly.

    Thanks guys!

Will try the pinch bolt idea today. I most likely tightened the spindle bolt before the pinch bolt...
