    Saw this today on the highway. I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this should be illegal - if it isn't already. And for those who can't tell what this is. It's a Harley, pulling a trailer, with a passenger on the back of the bike and a passenger on top of the trailer.

    As long as the cage was securely mounted to the trailer and the dog was leashed in so that it couldn't jump out, looks ok to me IMHO

    There is a guy in Montauk, Ny who rides around with his large dog in a milk crate attached to the abck of his Indian Motorcyle (if I remeber coreectly). He wears a viking helmet too. I can't imagine its DOT approved.

    I just watched from behind as the dog walked from side to side and every once in a while the trailer would shimmy. And a small bump nearly launched him at one point.
