What does "No fine, court date mean"? Does this mean you got away without any issues or does it mean you have to go to court to find out what the damages are?

I was kind of wondering about speeds.... I know that the top end is somewhere around 130 for my bike... I go about 75 everyday on a 15 mile stretch of highway and never notice any issues... But are these bikes made to take speeds like that on a long haul? Say 100 - 200+ miles?

I've also wondered about real top speed. I've read that my bike will hit like 128 mph, but my speedometer tops out at 85. I've definitely exceeded the limits of my speedometer. Is there a better way to judge accurate speed?

I have a garmin gps and this weekend I notice it has a mph on the bottom left corner, It tells you how fast I was going. maybe you could use one to tell how fast you are going if you mount it one on your bike.

I've gone above 130 on mine. At that point, the needle was so far right as it could go and jumping :p
Can't really tell if I could go faster - the butterflies aren't opening enough!

Ohhhhh, dat's gonna hurt.....last time I got one like that it cost me 17 dollars, per mile per hour! Do the math....like I said, it's gonna hurt!

Did you think about riding sanely up the road then racing back? That's how we do it to avoid those situations. Now I have my little friend.....that a radar detector sitting up top, sorry for the bad quality....works perfectly...Escort 8500 I think...I bought it a year ago or so.

Nice, but can you actually hear that thing go off at 100 mph? I know you could see it go off but at those speeds I wouldn't be looking anywhere but the road.
