    I bought a bike advertised as 1982 550 Seca.

As far as I can tell my model number would be XJ550R.. ?

And if so then this would be the correct manual for my bike?

Just looking for confirmation before I buy.

    Thanks in advance.

    You've got an XJ550RJ. The R signifies that it's a Seca, and the J signifies that it's an 82 (H=81, J=82, K=83).

I don't know about the Clymer manual...that's a bad pic of it, and the link to make the cover image bigger doesn't work. It says it covers XJ550's, though, so it should be the right one.
