    The engine cylinders are numbered 1-2-3-4, moving left to right, as you are sitting on the bike (facing forward). The plug wire numbers correspond to the cylinder "number".

    If your bike is an air-cooled model, then you need the YICS chamber blanking tool while performing the engine synch. We do carry these tools in stock!

    Sitting on the Bike.

    The LEFT Coil fires == 1 <--> 4
    The Right Coil fires == 2 <--> 3

    The YICS Tool is handy but you don't need it.

    You can STUFF the Chamber with a long, narrow strip of Tee-Shirt moistened with Marvel Mystery OIL.

    The Sync Screws are on the Carb Linkage.
    There are Adjustments for Throttle Plate deflection on 1, 2, & 4
    The Idle Adjustment Rod adjusts 3.

    Before you attempt to Sync Carbs it is vital that you review the section on Synchronization of Carbs in a Manual, ... first.

    Hey Anton, just send us a PM (private message) thru the website or a real-world e-mail. The blocking off of the YICS passage is needed to do a proper synch of the engine.

    You can turn the lever a couple of splines at the motor to get more travel.
    Did you re-jet the carbs, if so, what did you step up to ?

    Anton do you have a side stand switch on your bike? If you do that is probably your problem.

    You may be on the lean side still... keep an eye on your oil levels and the plugs... If the oil level starts dropping without any leak than you are lean and need to rejet.

    I would be hard pressed to say that you will not need to rejet

    You can save $$$ by drilling out your jets, get the drill bits from the hobby shop, go up 3 jet sizes on the mains & up 1 on the pilots.

    no offense to anyone just that he doesn't yet know where the sync is located (under the fawsit?) so I imagine drilling his own jets won't be a money saving endeavor.

    Len has jets as do many others
