When my nephew came-back from the war in Iraq and my brother survived a quadruple bypass, ... they decided to do something together ... to celebrate life.

"Let's restore the Bonnieville" they said, just over 18 months ago.

Here's the photo of the three of them, taken this morning, when they rolled-out the Bonnie after a 100-Percent restoration project ended with them together and smiling about how nice it turned out.

I get to ride it because I did the Carbs.

    But, they're in Atlanta.
    I'm just outside Boston.
I don't get down there much.

I think at one time is was linked.
But, when they got seriously into it and took her right down to the frame, ... I had them join the Triumph Forum, ... where they got hooked-up with some real purists who helped them with details, paint and hard to find parts.

I'm sure they "Did it right" whatever happened.

My Norton, of the same era, has two AND they're "linked." One has a taller inlet pipe than the other, which is "reserve."

Unfortunately the difference isn't all that much, so it's good for maybe 6~8 miles...

Beautiful bike. And now we know Rick "does" Amals too.
