Cheapest option is to make your own- the parts are about half the cost of a pre-made setup. All you need to build brake lines is access to a bench vise, a hacksaw, and a few other common tools.

You'll need two lengths of -3 brakeline, four banjo fittings, one long banjo bolt, and 7 new brakeline crush washers.

Use the longer banjo bolt at the master cylinder, with a hose to each caliper. Remove the original cast brakeline tee and park it with your old brake lines.

You may want to give CycleBrakes.com a try . I bought a custom made line from them, and it was about $110,delivered. A great improvement over the stock line which wasn't great 25 years ago, when it was new. They offer a variety of color, length, and banjo fitting options. And these lines don't have the awkward looking adapter fittings that most 'universal" lines require. They will include new banjo bolts and crush washers with your order free of charge,if you request them. I am very pleased with my purchase from them. Their tool-free # is 1 800 805 2118. Hope this helps, and best of luck to you in your search.

I go to my local Hydraulic shop.
    (try Aeroquip, Hydraulic supply, etc)
and have them made to length as needed.

Prices are reasonable, and quality is first class.

Bought mine at my local Yammarobber from the catalog - got Russell line and fittings. Replaced the stock two-piece hose assembly with one long 42" line. Total cost was about $50 Canadian.

A brakeline you make with parts from suppliers like Aeroquip,,Russell or Barnett use threaded fittings, not crimped.
