Mounting hardware for a Yamaha Fairing

    Well...

    I ordered and received the one for the 650 and, per the instruction sheet, it is for the XJ650 H and R. It is close, but it looks like I will have to modify it.

    Not a big deal. I will post a full description as I proceed.

    I need to get the bike back before I can really get going on that.

    LATEST INFO on the BIKE!!

    It is getting close! The valves should be in by next week and the engine back together. At least that's what I have been told.

    I have painted all of the parts to be painted (fairing, tank side covers and grab bar. I used the Rustoleum ColorShift paint (Red to Blue in a rattle can).

    I also got the 2 part clear coat in a rattle can and painted the parts this past weekend. I got the clear coat from R & E Paint Supply - http://www.repaintsupply.com/pd_2_part_2k_aerosol.cfm

    THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!!
