1981 XJ650 Parts: Seat, grab bar, gauge cluster, etc.

I just bought this bike about 2 weeks ago and I am going to cut it up a bit and make it a bobber so I am selling the stuff I won't be needing. Will probably be adding to the list as I continue to work on it and take it apart. I am located in Columbus, Ohio and all prices are obo plus shipping. Paypal is accepted.


-Grab bar with scuff marks on one side $10 plus shipping


-Gauge cluster - I have only ridden the bike once around the block and they seem to be in working order $25 plus shipping


-Chrome Front Fender $15 plus shipping


-Rear Brake light - The botton light has a crack, but seems to be staying in there fine and there is on spot where the chrome is lifting $15 plus shipping


-Rear turn signals $10 plus shipping


-Front turn signals - The right side has a crack $5plus shipping


-Handle bars $10 plus shipping


-Rear Shocks $20 plus shipping

do you think youll be sellin the plastic side covers and mirrors?

 

I'm keeping the side covers and the bike did not come with mirrors. The seat has been sold. Open to offers on the rest of the items listed. The parts are just sitting taking up space and I'm trying to get money together to buy other items for the bike.

Are those bars stock or aftermarket?

 

The bars were on the bike when I got it and I imagine they are stock, but I have no way to verify that they are. I bought the bike from a impound auction so I was not able to speak with the previous owner.

hi, I am pretty interested in alot of this stuff. I will check my bike tonight and see exactly what I need. I am new to bikes. (first one) but I know I need the inst. cluster and maybe the blinkers. I also need the rt. handlebar control..(on off switch). I'll get back with you either after lunch today or later tonight.

is that condensation in the gauges? I'm looking for a good set

 

it is not condensation. those are spots on the inside. i don't know if you can take the lens off and clean it or not.

 

Does the bar come with controls?

 

the only controls i have is the clutch lever that i can throw in.
