How about a bit more info?
    What bike?
    Stock, Bobbed, otherwise?
What has been done so that the electronics need to be moved?

To many missing pieces to give a reasonable answer.

    Best guess
Use 2 ammo cans attached to the sides using u-bolts to attach to the frame.
Bobber frames do not leave much room for positioning.

    Fair warning!!
DO NOT hide the regulator/rectifier inside an ammo can. This part requires steady airflow over the fins to keep cool.

i bent some flat steel stock i bought at home depot to mount on the rear fender and provide support under the ammo cans. i added another flat steel bar from the cans to the frame to provide stability. i then ran a bolt between the 2 braces to stop side-to-side vibration. they work great!

I'm not into bobbers ..... BUT yours does look good!!! I really like it. One question, does water bother the connections at the head light with it exposed to the rain like that??

i think your question is directed at me. if so, the exposed wiring on the bottom of the headlamp will soon be rectified. my goal was to fab a nacelle or shroud around the 7" headlamp (sourced from a vetter fairing). i've got the top done and the template for the bottom half but haven't had time to complete yet.
i did take a 700-mile roundtrip w/the bike recently and no wiring issues surfaced. i'm sure the front fender helps a bit.
    thanks
