Anybody seen a clip on handle bar for the 36mm fork tube that has a 1" bar?

I want to put hand controls from a HD on my bike.

    Thanks!

An idea ($$$): Roland Sands (you would need a couple shims to fit it to the 36mm specifications...not sure of the safety aspect of shimming, I personally have reservations about clip-on's to begin with (I may be a bit paranoid), but I haven't heard much about horror stories and I just prefer handlebars and risers...anyway I hope this helps.

I hope you're not planning on leaving that piece of frame cut open like that for your tank?

That will make the frame very weak and prone to bending in other places
